@alka – Separate (in doubt remix) beta-cylon 0.3
This remix is at an early stage. I have been fighting with it for some time now because something in it tells me, that it should have a vocal track layered on top of it and then every time I think about it I don’t agree with myself. So I am at a cross road here and any input would be more than welcome.

If you do go for vocals, a restructuring may be in order: VCVCBVC or similar structure. I haven’t heard many tracks with a complete vocal track using the same pattern throughout the song.
When I get in such arguments with myself, I usually opt for a lead synth pattern/improv in the tenor/alto/soprano freq. ranges. What might be “missing” for you is a similar frequency range.
@fjfonseca Is it this post you were after input on? http://tinyurl.com/mvn289
IMHO no vocals required. Some really rich sounds in here and vocals would be a distraction. Maybe pull that bass line out now and again, to let some of the other parts dominate. There’s some great percussion in here too. You should give that some space as well – when everything drops out (around 3:54) it’s fantastic. Just waiting…. for the bass to kick back in as it does at 4:26. Excellent. More of that!
